"The way we see the problem is the problem."--Stephen Covey
Are you Reactive or Proactive?
Reactive people build their emotional well-being around the behaviors of others.
Proactive people take responsibility for how they feel.
Reactive people are victims of their circumstances.
Proactive people seize opportunities to solve problems.
Reactive people let the weather determine their mood.
Proactive people don't allow outside circumstances to affect their emotions.
Reactive people blame circumstances (like traffic) and conditioning ("It's just the way I am") for their behavior.
Proactive people realize that their behavior is a product of their own conscious choices.
Reactive people look for someone to blame.
Proactive people use their innate human creativity to come up with solutions.
